Finally paid off my POS, it's got almost 190 thousand on it. I am going to keep it through the winter but I need new struts and tires. Also need to stock up on coolant seeing my Sonic mysteriously drinks it.

It could be the water pump if you haven't changed it. I can't remember the model year but the pumps were designed poorly and had to be changed eventually
