Did you build off of the stock spoiler? I was thinking about doing the same. Maybe three foot high or so..... lol j/k.

I think I want to split the spoiler to pull a little air down before the curve of the spoon. I Just ordered and abs civic hatch spoon spoiler off Ebay for a decent price. Frankensteining is about to happen.

Definetly do one man. I know you have the capability to do a wing without any issue. I thought about splitting the spoiler as well. And actually.... i am considering picking up another stock spoiler to do some really dumb **** to.... like subaru height stacked wing. Just big rally car rediculous lookin wing. Idk if id keep it
but i might build one for fun

I was also considering something else. Although idk if anyone would have any interest. I was really really thinkin about making a series of videos on how to make custom parts from fiberglass and bondo. Ive built lots of different things. Not just on my sonic but in many different vehicles. And i would like to help people get involved in one off projects. That makes a car truly unique...and anyone can be proud to say their car has handmade parts on it. I dont however know if anyone here really wants that or if it would be a huge waste of my time to make a series of videos covering construction of custom goodies. Lol? Thoughts beastlick?

Stock wings are good for a foundation. You know itll bolt on no problem and you can build right off it haha shape wise i always build frames. Some sort of bridge or structure to the overall design i like. I use t shirts for main area coverage. When i stretch a tshirt over the area i pick up alot of nice curves and shapes and it always looks natural to me.... from there shaping is done with mat or bondo. Preferably i milkshake my parts and use micro balloons or bbs. Thats my opinion. Then bondo for external builduo and shaping

I DO know there are a bunch of crappy videos out there on making custom parts. There is a level of interest, though it may not come from SOF, more general searches. I wish I had the time to document more. More power to you if you decide to make them, I'd definitely check them out.

Ill consider it... its pretty easy to setup a camera and just talk while i work.
