After about 20,000 miles of listening to the annoying squeak (85,000 miles on my 2012), I decided to have it repaired while my car was in for some other repairs (vacuum leak on the cam cover making the car run lean--and like ****, failed driver's seat heater #2. Thank goodness for this 100K warranty).
Well, my car has now been at the dealer for four business days and they still haven't been able to figure out the clutch issue. To make a long story short, there is a TSB for the squeaky clutch. TSB says to lubricate. They did that and the squeak remained. So, they decided to replace the assembly. The service manager called me earlier today to give me an update and he explained how much of a pain in the ass it was to replace the entire assembly. Then the next issue they were having was with the computer. When depressed, the clutch was reading as being released. When released, the clutch was reading as being depressed. That led to them being on the phone with GM and trying to figure it out. That was 8 hours ago when I got the call. Still nothing yet...
