Yep, just finished it! Are you referring to the foam that expands? I think the advantage of regular styrofoam from HD is it is already the exact same width, and you can form one side, and slap the opposite side right up agin it, shape a mirror piece, and more likely come up with near or identical flares.
What tmo was saying was that the right wheel width and offset would accomplish the same thing as spacers or better.If I did it, those items would definitely need some fixing. It would look silly IMO to keep the same track width with a wide body kit.
