Full replacement mustacheless grill

I'm just curious because I've seen a bunch of threads on these grills. But is this still in the works and only a select few have them or is there one I can buy. Minus the people who have nodded the mess out of other pre fabbed ones

I can build any of the styles to you preference. Yes, they are for sale but I don't have or want a huge inventory. I just build them on the side when I have spare time, or per request.

I'd also like to point out the demon eyes you have on your ride when red, remind me of the terminator.

Its a hard choice there. I like how it is now. I guess it depends on what you are thinking for the custom design/color.

Thanks! The hole is for ambient temp sensor. I didn't know if the thinner slots would throw off the reading so I Marilyn Monroe'd a sensor port on the lathe for this prototype.

So am I seeing what throws light onto the road so you can see at night or is there a bulb that illuminates the mirror around the centerpiece???

I was kicking around the idea of ORACLE Halo's with this but wasn't sure how to do it or if it would look tacky.

Very little light output. I have 2 SMD LEDs in each projector facing the reflector. When they are on it bounces the light around the reflector cause more of a glow. Took this night shot after teaching CAD last night.

Yes its a woven aluminum mesh. John is keeping it raw just like the picture for this build. Should have something together in the coming weeks.

2-3 weeks depending on build load. Most of that time is letting the ABS solvent cure correctly. I currently have this grill for John and a retrofit on top of 60 hr work weeks. I'll sleep when I'm dead. PM me if you want to set up a build.

Yosemite Sam's double weave Mustacheless grill almost complete. Some test fitting and paint this weekend. Temp sensor port is hiding behind the mesh rather than sticking through. It should almost disappear once installed. Hands down my favorite mesh my vendor had to offer. I will post test fit pics later this weekend.
