I do that stock............
I do not like stuff vibrating or rattling. I'm going off the deep end on my DD off of Eric running the trans and motor mounts and living through it!

I hate rattles too.
So what seems to help is i turning my music up a lil bit more. With my subwoofer the vibrations from the mounts blend quite well with songs
Don't have the sub yet. Next is spring and maybe some body stuff then I'm looking at the Kicker Sound Stage (amp'd stockers that will get upgraded down the road and a powered sub).

Should be easy fixes. Get some rubber stick ons from the hardware store.
I've tracked down all my rattles and alleviated them with thin rubber strips or RTV sealant. Most of mine were in my Seibon Hatch.
Did you fix any cluster or dash rattles? I have what I believe to be a cluster rattle I'd like to have fixed but don't know exactly what you mean by rubber stick ons or where I would put them or rtv to fix it.

Locate the rattle by touching places while you're hearing rattles until it goes away. Find a crevice associated with the panel that is rattling and create tension against it by stuffing a price of rubber or double stick foam tape in the crevice.
My cluster doesn't rattle, but my key fob does. I solved that by keeping folded down while its in the ignition.

A way to see the vibration is to watch the rear view mirror, when the view starts to shake, that's the whole car vibrating. The rattles and buzzes are just something getting harmonically in sync with the natural purr of the engine, I don't think they will ever go away so going thru and figuring out how to stop them from making noise when it happens makes sense. But if your rearview is shaking constantly, then you don't have the mounts fastened correctly.

Maybe the mounts will make it better, instead of worse! Once I put my tranny mount on rightside up, the car is pretty steady 99% of the time, it only shakes the rearview during the high idle period after a cold start, and when moving slowly in that low rpm range.
That's worse than with the OEM mounts, but it sounds like it's a lot better than your car even when it was stock, so maybe GM adjusted something wrong during build and these mounts will fix it!
