Well I'll give them another chance to fix all the problems first before saying which department. The salesman was great. It's the service department that's the problem. Or the guy that I Dealt with there to be precise. I'm going back again when it warms up a bit. -50 here now. I'm in Manitoba Canada. If they don't fix the problems I'll post what city and department. I'll be glad too. Antifreeze has oil init so that's all soaked in the carpet ect. I can still smell it when driving sometimes. Fine if it was just water but it's not. The scratches inside the car are small but still apparent and very bothersome to me. I'm a car guy and baby all my rides. Can't believe they ruined the paintjob like that. Looks awful in the sun especially. Never use brushes on a car. I use lambs wool mitts, with 2 separate buckets, that both have grates at the bottom for debris to fall through. One wit soap, the other with clean water. I wash my 350z like this and this car. So to see brush scratches and swirl marks all over my brannew car makes my blood boil. I'm going back soon and will deal with someone different. If not resolved I will tell all.
