Had a wedding to go to today so it was "dress up" time. Pulled out the fancy watch and had to tie a tie.

Enjoy wearing the watch (more due to sentimental value than just wearing a watch) and cant tie a standard tie knot even with instructions.

Back in the mid 90s going to my sisters wedding I asked my grandfather to help me tie my tie and he looked like I killed his dog. I guess to someone his age wearing a tie was normal and only a retard wouldn't know how.

And, I still can't.

It is called the Eldredge knot. I find it far easier than a standard knot. I have to look up instructions every time, but most times I get it about right on the first shot. I also think it looks a lot better.

It kind of amazes me it was 50 years old when the bathroom was installed.


For 50 years, they used an outhouse here and without toilet paper!

Eric, this is a map that shows the outhouse, at least where it was in 1892.

And it had a shingle roof and was 1 story. This is indicated by the 1 and the X. O means slate or tin.

I meant the cottage was cool, not necessarily that the outhouse was cool.

Although if I'm honest, it was definitely interesting. the outhouse was in the of the woods. you'd get poison ivy just walking to the damn thing.

I've had enough outhouses when I was a kid to last me a lifetime. In the summer my dad liked to vacation in a resort town by the river, but hr didn't like staying at the resort. He would rent a house from an old lady, why would go into town for the summer to visit her daughter.

This was in a nearby village, so outhouses everywhere. Every day.

Yeah, I've only used an outhouse 2 times or so a long time ago and have no need or want to ever do it again.

I like my comfortable toilet with my dim night light built into the fart fan.

my toilet has a gel seat, and my fart fan is super efficient.

Once again, I was disappointed in the power. The car itself is alright, but it just doesn't feel like 200hp and 195 ft/lbs.

i loved that car till i seen it has 1 driver side door and 2 passenger side doors.. once i seen that i said "ewwww" and the salesman was like the doors? lol
