I'm very well aware you use the tool which I have however when I went to remove it it didn't exactly pop out like had thought anyhow before I starte to force it I thought I'd see if there's something I'm missing

I'm being charged for 1.0 in the shop... 79.99, plus tax, for the install. I can't believe it needs a program. I wonder what else can be programmed into the car? There must be a lot of potential lurking in our car's computers...

I wonder if the BCM flash will affect my tune at all. I'm fairly certain it won't, but has anybody tuned gone it for this?

It's a BCM flash to get your fogs working and shouldn't affect your ECM flash. If it does just push your tune back onto the ECM, they my try and give you update ECM flash while your in as well.

i plan on getting some OEM fog lights here in the near future and have them installed by the dealer. is there a gm part number that includes everything.if anyone wants to send me a pm with that info plus a link that would be great.

if you're going to have the dealer do it you could just call your parts department and they'd be able to get you the part number, but I'll see if I can find it real quick.
