Yup I figured I would ask since I have been looking in on some neo chrome stuff it would be an awesome looking grill if that could work but I think I'm going to send you a pm here for a grill

The plate is still fully supported also. There is a ABS plate an 1/8" inboard of the edges of the plate to make sure it doesn't get all bent up.

I don't think I posted any pics up of the slotted grill mesh slanted instead of straight. Causing necks to break daily. Snapped a couple this morning.

I'm ready for a custom set up for my RS as soon as you start taking orders. Is it possible to find out where you order mesh from ao I can find something I like?

After a 10 hr work day, what better to do than go home and continue to work all night getting the tabs ready.

Prototype tabs being machined out today.

I might as well be able to produce these as accurate as possible. RS grill tab fixtures complete along with the first set of tabs. Now I just need to test fit them....Still looking for someone in the Milwaukee/Chicago area to help with a test fit.

Wrapped up the matte black hex perf with plate mount this week. Plate mount is completely adjustable to position any way you want.

Ok I'd like to get a custome grille and also I'd like to know how you mounted your sickspeed horns???

Nervous about slicing wires.

They make wire taps that will tie into existing wires without slicing them.

I made a simple "L" bracket out of stainless and screwed it to the top of the crashbar.

Quick update: Finally found someone to help test fit the trim for the RS. Heading down to Chicago area over the weekend. If it fits without issues, I can start taking orders.

After looking at all these grills I'm kicking myself for mounting the OEM front license plate
holder which we need in NJ. I should have mounted it on my non-functional fog light thing like you did. If I take if off now I'll have 2 small holes I used for screws in the mustache (i did not use 4..if I did I'll kick myself some more)... sigh.

What did you mount the license plate with to the flog light thing? I would love to get the Sonic nose back, plus I swear it blocks most of the intercooler.

I made some 3/4" spacers and piece of 1/8" plastic to make the mount. I drilled through the fog light cover only in 3 areas. My top left screw is just filling the hole.

Had an awesome time south of Chicago meeting up with some of the Midwest Gamma members. Big thanks to Glow and Rich for letting me test the RS grill. Testing went great, only small tweak in the lower profile to give clearance but all the tabs clicked right in. I'll be wrapping up the initial prototype for member 2014 Blue RS hopefully by the end of the week. Stay tuned....

Rare occasion to meet up with a customer and see your work installed... This was retrofitted to use the original GM Z-spec trim.
