Yeah, so in other words, white LEDs would have lit up red though the tail lights red lens. I get that, I just don't think the LEDs needed to be red unless the kit was intended for a clear tail lens.
Although I am aware that production is cheaper for red as opposed to white LEDs, which would explain it.

20 mins at 170 did nothing. I'm gonna give it 20 more at 200, but it's not looking good.
It looks like the two plastics are hot-fused together. We do it at work with HDPE pipe all the time and the weld produced is stronger than the actual pipe.
If this is the case, I'll have to resort to painstakingly cutting them apart. Not how I envisioned this project.:sadbanana:

I wish my oven went that low. damn newfangled technology. Only 350.

That can't be right.
When I press bake on my 'new school' oven, it goes to 350 and then I have to lower it from there.
I would investigate further........or just give up, fukk it.
