What did that set you back? I've been trying to find a used one locally.

I've made a little progress on this. I personally love fasteners and wanted to go bold with this one. Just under 100 #8-32 SS socket headed cap screws later.

Still in process. Need to fill in the hex areas near the bottom of each grill. It's going to collect water/dirt if I don't. Small tweaks with the fit and some paint.

A neo chrome finish might be difficult to achieve and match another. I use regular automotive paints and usually keep the trim simple. IMO, not every part of the vehicle needs to have spot color.

I found a very generous SOF member to loan me his RS grill. As soon as it arrives, i'll be checking the locations on the tabs and locking down the profiles. I should have the first custom built RS true stacheless grill in about 2-3 weeks.

Wrapped up the matte black hex perf with plate mount this week. Plate mount is completely adjustable to position any way you want.
