So the car spent the night at the dealer and my wife is beyond pissed off. This is the second time we've dropped the car off to have to software updated and despite coming in and meeting with the service advisor face to face on Saturday (because I couldn't get him on the phone) and getting his assurance that if we dropped the car off on Tuesday it would get taken care of by the time my wife had to leave work they didn't touch the car. I ended up picking her up from work and I'll be dropping her off this morning in the hope they can get their **** together today.
I'm not optimistic.
