By far. I have fallen in love with that car

Strange. Sounds like your car has issues. My 1.4 manual does not suffer from ANY of the conditions you described.![]()
Yep I would buy exact car, exact color, from the same dealer for the same price lol. I wouldn't change a thing![]()
That's the question I answered on the poll... but I think the more interesting question is, would you buy the same Sonic you did the first time.
For the price range and if chevy was more forthcoming in addressing the 2nd gear grind issue yes. Would I again if I had it to do over again? Probably not I probably would buy a wrx or a truck.

I would have no issue ending up with the exact same Sonic I have now. for a short time I did look into trading in and getting a turbo for a couple reasons. One of the biggest was the fact that I am fairly picky about exhaust sound. I am struggling to get the sound I want from my 1.8. A turbo would solve a good chunk of the issue. The second reason is that I do greatly enjoy power and with the current options the 1.4 market allows for more power.
Kind of strange.
The Sonic is known to be affordable to buy, affordable to drive and affordable to own.
A WRX costs a fortune for insurance and gas as well as costs quite a bit more to buy. A truck isn't even in the same category.
I hope you don't mean that obnoxious buzzing sound that ricers have.![]()
Yessss!!!!! In fact I can't wait to get another Sonic![]()
(if a SS or faster than 1.4 version ever happens)
I reeally like the Golf TDI though. If the GTD version makes it to the U.S. ohh man...
If I had to do it all over again knowing what I know? YES.
If this is asking whether I'd buy another Sonic after this one is sold, then NO.
I generally neever buy anything twice. I like to experience all that market has to offer, for just about all types of products.
I would DEFINITELY buy it again!
But had I known back then what I know now, I would have held back on purchasing my 2012 model and instead waited for the 2014 model year.
So many new features!![]()
What does a 2014 have that a 2012 doesn't? I thought the only thing was buggy mylink. Or maybe its not buggy, but my assumption right now is that it is.
Everyone knows what I hate about my Sonic the most and it has to do with the word "eject".
What does a 2014 have that a 2012 doesn't?
Anyone who owns a manual, if you had to do it over again, would you buy the auto?
I love my car, but find the 5spd to be really clunky. If I would have known about the clunky manual, I probably would have bought another automatic.
