Well, I booked the young girl sitter. She was the only one that had references that meant a crap. I will call the references tomorrow, but I doubt they were phony. She knew what she was talking about and has dog sitting experience.
Worst case, I cancel tomorrow.
Will have friend come check on her work every other day but feeling confident. Well, as confident as I'm going to get leaving my dog in someone else's hands.

My dog has a date with a teenager. All next week. Haha.
Didn't ask her how old she was but she's probably 20/21. Too young for me, anyway.
On that note, I did get picked up today by a neighbor chick. I was coming back from a run today with Jack. Had my earphones in and saw her 20 yards away looking at me and grinning. I thought my zipper was down or something.
She then stops me, makes introductions and makes excellent eye contact while making small talk.
I'd hit it. We have a hike date this weekend.

Just going to head to the local lake, where I normally hike with jack. Nothing like a sweaty first date, but to date me you have to love outdoors and loving outdoors means getting sweaty.
No girly girls need apply - I struggle with that. I normally meet girly girls and that usually doesn't work for me.

I'm going post-whore status tonight.
Has anyone tried P90x or similar?
I'm not pushing myself hard enough by riding 2-3 times a week and walking/hiking/running other days.
I started running again recently and I have been doing sets of pushups and pull ups for a few weeks now. The goal is to gain upper body strength.
Perhaps something like P90x can boost my gains.
Thoughts? I don't want to go full gym rat here.
